Contributor Code of Conduct
So both customers and contributors have a positive experience with the VR Oxygen Platform, we require all contributors to accept and abide by a set of policies collectively referred to as the Agreement. These policies include the VR Oxygen Contributor Terms of Service, Content Policy, and Contributor Code of Conduct. As a contributor, you acknowledge and accept this Agreement when you sign up to join the VR Oxygen Contributor Network (and each time you log in to the VR Oxygen Platform).
We strongly encourage you to review the details of each policy carefully. If we determine that you’re in violation of this Agreement, we reserve the right to remove your account.
The Contributor Code of Conduct outlines our expectations of contributors as they access and use the Platform. These standards exist to promote customer confidence in the feedback they receive and to help contributors succeed as valuable members of the Network.
The Code of Conduct applies to all actions across the VR Oxygen Platform including but not limited to account activity, interactions with customers and customer information, and behavior during test recordings.
Your Account Information
As a VR Oxygen contributor, you agree to:
- Only create an account if you are either (a) an individual 18 years of age or older, who can form legally binding contracts, or (b) an individual who is 10 years of age or older, and whose parent or legal guardian has provided explicit consent for your participation on the VR Oxygen platform, which means you need a VR Oxygen account that’s managed by a parent or guardian.
- Create only one VR Oxygen account
- Not allow anyone else to use or share your VR Oxygen account
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information in your profile
- Make sure that the location listed on your profile is where you live most of the time
- Refrain from taking tests while traveling outside of the country listed in your profile
Safety and Respect
As a VR Oxygen contributor, you agree to:
- Not engage in the harassment or intimidation of VR Oxygen employees or customers
- Be mindful of what your webcam displays when you join a Live Conversation or participate in a test that requires Face Recording
- Never share any customer information or material you’re given access to while testing
- Avoid any dangerous or risky behaviors while using the VR Oxygen Platform (e.g. driving while taking a test)
Testing
As a VR Oxygen contributor, you agree to:
- Provide honest responses to screeners
- Take your time during tests and follow test instructions
- Speak your thoughts out loud when required
- Not employ or utilize any AI-generated responses, or otherwise use any AI content generation tools, when using the VR Oxygen Platform or participating in a test
